Beds are appointed with crisp linens and big puffy pillows, cozy blankets for curling up. The game room was a popular hang out-recliners and big TV were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything and plenty of room to seat everyone for a meal.

This house was absolutely wonderful. From the open kitchen, to the comfortable beds to the view from the back deck, we could not have asked for more. And Katie is one of the nicest, responsive and helpful hosts I’ve communicated with. Nice house but would have been nice to be able to use the indoor fireplace as it was snowing while there. Jacuzzi water was cloudy. Kitchen items too worn for price of rental. Nice game room but for price should provide basic cable. House was clean and had amazing view.

Family get together

Great place to spend time with family. House was spacious, well appointed with lots of things to do just hanging around the house! Town was lovely.

Fall Getaway

The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room. Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.

Beautiful home just minutes from the lovely town of Berkeley Springs

Beautiful home with a wonderful view. The home had everything we needed. The bunk beds were the nicest bunk beds I've ever seen. Plenty of room for adults!

VIEWS!!!! This house is the best kept secret in Berkley Springs, WV. The views of the mountain speak for themselves and would be amazing at any time of year!We chose this town and house for our annual girls winter getaway and it did not disappoint. It was super relaxing and a quaint little town. Restaurants, shops, spas, breweries, etc. If you are looking for a low key weekend, it’s worth a visit. Katie (the host) is the sweetest person and remained in contact throughout our whole stay. Below freezing temps outside caused a few issues with the hot tub, but they were resolved within 24 hours and we were able to enjoy it. Proof on Washington is where we had dinner when we did venture out. Request Mary as your server. You won’t be disappointed in her or the food. They also have 100’s of bourbons if you’re into that. We had an awesome time! Thanks again.

Second Stay

Once again everything about 20 Apache Heights was perfect. First night there was a small issue and it was taken care of immediately. Our entire family loves this property and are looking forward to staying a third, forth, fifth...time.

Spacious comfortable home with a gorgeous view

Perfect get away for relaxation with the family. House accommodated an array of ages comfortably. Large multifunction deck for the adults to sit and talk whole the children ran and played - in leu of backyard. Fire pit was nice.

Fun Fall Getaway

My wife and I invited some friends and family out to celebrate her birthday. We had an amazing time, and were very comfortable here. The stunning view surprisingly was not dampened by a bit of rain. The place was very clean and there was a lot to do in the house. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Beautiful spot

We had a lovely time getting out of the city and staying here for a few days with friends. The kiddos loved it too! It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful location, that’s well equipped and the owners were very easy to communicate with. The hot tub and video games were big hits, as were the bunk beds -and the view. We'd highly recommend it!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apache Heights. The house is beautiful, and the setting even better. The kids loved the bunkroom and the game room, and we all loved the deck in the morning and at sunset. We had one house problem, which the hosts responded to within minutes and fixed within a few hours.

Great stay and amazing property

Our group had a wonderful stay at Katie and Jimmy's home. The location was fantastic -- waking up to look out over the valley was a daily highlight, and it was amazing to be so close to all the great activities in Berkeley Springs. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we had all we needed to make great group meals and enough space to eat them all together. Communication with Katie was clear, timely, and always super helpful. Definitely a five-star stay!
