Linens are included! There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 30 days is 50% refunded.

Please note that this community does not allowing outdoor fire pits. All guest interested in reserving must sign both a rental agreement and a check in form to secure your stay! The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. Feel free to enjoy a run, walk or bike ride in the community. If going to Ocean City, MD beaches, you are approx. 7-9 miles drive.
