Our spacious property is perfect for extended family gatherings, with separate living area’s upstairs and downstairs. The house boasts modern amenities throughout and has everything you need to be able to indulge in a carefree stay.

This property Is brand new and located in Bermagui’s newly established estate. Double garage, room for pets with a large fully enclosed backyard & convenient to shops, beaches, the golf course, cafes & Bermagui's attractions.
If you want room to move without substituting quality, this holiday home is ideal for you.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, built -in wardrobe, dresser, heater.

Bedroom 2: -Tri Bunk, bedside table, single recliner, built in wardrobe, heater.

Kitchen: Open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/ electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, Coffee pod machine & kettle. Large breakfast bar with 2 stools. Child gate at the top of the stairs.

Bathroom: Shower, vanity, separate toilet

Outdoor: Upstairs- Outdoor dining setting. 2 lounge chairs with table. Generous deck with beautiful views of the surrounding areas including the ocean and Gulaga.

Living Room: Open plan living room with wall mounted tv, large comfortable lounge to seat 6.

Study nook: With Wi-fi, desk space and desktop ready for guest use. Utilise this space during working holidays., you will never want to leave!

Great house and holiday

Lovely new property with all the little thoughtful touches. Very clean and lots of instructions throughout. Great for two families with second tv room and bathrooms on both levels. We had great weather and a relaxing holiday.

A delightful house to stay in - sparkling clean, extremely well stocked kitchen, delightful ocean views from the back of the property and kangaroos in the front of the property.Excellent security for our dog to stay in the back garden.Everything we needed was there.
