I've stayed in this hotel for a week long period for the past several years and each year continues to be as good as the last. It's not five star but it is very nice and friendly environment and perfect location for my needs.

Hotel was booked as having a restaurant. Arrived to find restaurant was closed. However there were good restaurants 5 mins drive away. Room good, bed good, breakfast reasonable (continental style). Hotel in an industrial area, not recognised on my sat nav. Was able to find it as nearby address was. Went back the following week on my return journey.

Great for a short stop

We stayed for one night to break up the journey to the South. Location was on the edge of a business park with a few bars within a mile. The restaurant of the hotel was closed for a week which we were unaware of so the bars were handy. Pool was small but adequate. Breakfast was really good although don’t believe the boiled egg machine as we tried 4 times without a single perfect dippy egg. Room was perfectly adequate for a cheap stay with towels shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Teas and coffee in your room.

The reception staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious, but not quiet. Noise from other guests at the hotel bar could be heard until late in the night. Breakfast was good and it’s variety was adequate. Overall a good stop for a single night while traveling through the area.

Recommended

Have used this hotel previously and always found the rooms very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is basic, but good. For me, it's a good alternative if you do not wish to contend with the busy streets in Grenoble Centre.

Nice stay with Mountainview- come by car-great Gym

The Hotel was convenient , view on the Mountains but in the end of the business Area for It companies. Best if you come by car. Room was comfortable and I did appreciate the water boiler for tea and coffee. The Gym is professional and well equipped. Well sorted french breakfast though the coffee should not come already sugered from the machine.

A good Hotel close to my customer in Crolles.

Have stayed in this Hotel many times over the years. It is clean, modern, the staff are couteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and provide tea, coffee making facilities, Wifi and a TV with multiple English channels.

Appalling customer service. Lies on website.

When booking the website stated that you could request an additional "roll-away bed" in your room. This we did, only to be told on arrival this wasn't possible. Room was booked for one adult and 2 teenage children aged 14 and 16: both boys. Subsequently my 14 and 16 year old boys had to share a double sofa bed in 40 degree heat. The fact that the website was inaccurate was very poor. The excuse that this wasn't possible was ridiculous. We were in a very large room with plenty of floor space for an additional bed. I cannot believe that a large hotel didn't have additional bedding or at least a mattress we could use. Their only excuse was to blame their own website and offer that we could book an additional room at our expense. No refferal to a senior person; no apology; no offer of compensation. Also the website showed pictures of a cooked breakfast. No surprise that there was only a cold buffet. Website's fault again presumably?! Avoid this hotel chain and this hotel. Misleading advertising and blatant lies added to a refusal to take any responsibility for any of their lies and errors. Very disappointed. Once they had their money they couldn't care less about making their customer's stay pleasant let alone accurate.

Well priced and convenient for one night stay

We booked this hotel about 7pm on the day that we travelled, arriving at the hotel some 2 hours later. By this time, the staff had made up a sofa bed for our two children - much appreciated.

Good hotel for a stop over near Grenoble

Teh hotel is located not far from the motorway near Grenoble. The room was clean, staff very friendly - albeit the double bed small. Minor negative was the air-con (which is needed during the summer as it gets very hot in this region) but which could not be adjusted manually or switched off. Breakfast was good - as was free parking and free wifi. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Good to stay overnight when passing the area, planning to spend a day in Grenoble, or as a base for excursions int othe locla area. Would stay again.
