We were asked if we wanted room serviced every day for our 3 night stay. Unfortunately this did not occur until after the second day. Only two coffee pods for the machine , so no early morning coffee til restocked. Small thing , not precious, but just racing off to early tennis start and wanted a wake up brew. Everything else was fine -well done.
This was an excellent place to stay. We booked a two room suite as our daughter was with us there as well. The comfort and cleanliness was great. We saw the cleaners as we were leaving and complimented them on their excellent work.
A fabulous experience. I would stay here again if coming through Berri. Also loved the extra touch of a little jar of snacks and water that were complimentary.
It was close to the Berri Hotel for dinner as well.
Check-in was at the nearby Berri Hotel on the other side of the car park, so that was convenient. (Note the check-in instructions we were given by Hotels.com advised a different check-in process - the check-in at the Berri Hotel was a far easier process but the instructions made it confusing until we phoned to sort that out.)
Beautiful self contained property with golf course views. Very comfortable king bed. Perfect for our overnight stay and will definitely stay again if in the area. Golf clubhouse nearby handy for breakfast and dinner.

My husband & I absolutely enjoyed the venue our only disappointment was the lack of a pool in saying that the club pool was available to us (we think) however it required a short drive for us to get to it so didn’t bother. The food options at the tavern were great and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again everyone was friendly and accommodating a fantastic place for a few quiet days away thank you to all the staff!!

Modern & clean self contained room with kitchenette & spacious bathroom with excellent facilities. Large sofa with coffe table and table @ chairs for eating if required in addition to outdoor furniture on private patio area. Only criticism would be that laid pathway in front of patio encouraged guests from nearby rooms to walk across in front of private space.
We really enjoyed our stay the rooms and areas all very clean and comfortable.
It was lovely quiet and relaxing location

the mattress needed replacing they were very poor with no support
waking up at 5.00am with the light coming over the closed curtains
the place was very nice
Liked the complimentary nuts and water.
Excellent shower and bathroom also.
Unfortunately the bed was quite lumpy and the pillows too big for sleeping, making our sleep for the night uncomfortable ☹️
Very pleased with the accommodation modern and well finished. And excellent bedding. Only letdown was the check in process as emails with the instructions were sent to Expedia instead of me. This necessitated a call the Expedia who were helpful and sorted it out. The staff at the Golf Club where we were to pick up our key were very helpful but some staff at the sister property where they managed the bookings seemed unsure and asked me to call back in half an hour as they were unable to answer my questions about extending our stay this person seemed overwhelmed and was not very engaging. I called back half an hour later as requested and spoke with someone else who explained the situation and answered my questions. Could definitively improve here and need to stop blaming Expedia and other staff and just sort it
