Modern chalet located right next to the cross-country ski trails and 500 m from the downhill ski slopes. Situated in a residential area, this gîte benefits from a location that looks out onto nature and the mountains, yet is close to the town center.



Garden-level apartment in the owners' house (separate entrance). Living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, pleasant lounge with sound bar. 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (160x200cm) / 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and en-suite shower room (shower + wc)). 1 separate toilet. 1 bathroom with large shower, thermostatic taps and tropical rain shower head. Free bathrobe for sauna. Private terrace.
