Washer-dryer (combined). Wooden deck. Small garden. Public parking on the square in front of the cottage. Renovated country house in the heart of the typical village of Bessans, with narrow streets and grouped housing. Very nice renovation respecting the mountain character. Beautiful south-facing wooden terrace with a small garden. Detached house in the heart of the village, located 300 m from the slopes of the Bessans Nordic ski area. 500 m from the downhill ski slopes (2 ski lifts), 7 km from Bonneval-sur-Arc and 9 km from Lanslevillard/Domaine Val Cenis Vanoise. Magnificent snowshoeing and hiking trails start from the cottage. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, numerous hikes leading to mountain lakes and glaciers. Ideal location for visiting the region and Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or the Mont-Cenis Pass. The region is renowned for its religious and baroque heritage with the Baroque Trail. Ideal for a sporting or relaxing stay in a beautiful natural setting!
