Everything was great. They need a comfortable chair in the room. The chair in the room is very attractive but not in any way comfortable. Felicia who worked in the breakfast area was outstanding. She was constantly filling the food. She was very friendly and extremely conscientious! Our stay was wonderful as usual.

It was an okay place for one night. Our room had a musty smell and the bathroom Also did not smell very clean. We were told to be quiet in the lobby or to move outside. I wish there was another common area for guests to gather.

Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. They serve a fine breakfast and room was extra clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Hotel Bethany Beach.

Everything is wonderful at this hotel. Room is spacious, clean and real comfortable. Cathy and gentlemen at front desk excellent in helping with our comfort. Cathy went out of her way in helping us get a date changed (due to our input error) when booking an extra night. Manager also was excellent in getting our error resolved. All was very clean and beds were comfortable but an extra blanket would have been good. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Did not check the gym or pool. As now the end of season no chairs or umbrella available at the beach.
