We had an excellent week at this beautiful house. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the home is in great condition. Our extended family appreciated having 3 king beds and lots of space to spread out. We had one minor issue and the owner was super responsive and had it resolved immediately. We would recommend this rental for sure!

Linsey’s chalet is a perfect mountain retreat. House was well appointed, kitchen stocked with all needed to make a meal at home and coffee to start each bluebird ski day. Plenty of room for multiple families/ couples if needed and a great lower level to play games or ping pong! House is convenient to Sunday River and shops/ restaurants in Bethel or on mountain. Looking forward to staying again!

Great house near Sunday River Resort

The house was modern, clean, well decorated and a perfect floor plan for two families. Great ski house atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, bathrooms had plenty of shampoo and conditioner, linens were nice quality and bedding was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table! Close to restaurants and Sunday River Resort. We would love to return. Linsey provided excellent communication. Our only minor issue was hot water for showers not getting hot enough or having great pressure, which Linsey offered to send someone to check on.

Great house for families! Super clean. Host was very nice. The finished basement w/ ping pong was a huge hit. We will for sure be staying there again.

Great house in new development

House was nice and new and very clean. Minutes from grocery store, pharmacy, dining. Three big (parent-sized) bedrooms with full bath either attached or immediately adjacent. Bunk room sleeps 4+ kids. Fully finished basement was great.
