Conveniently located just 6 minutes from world-class skiing and golf at Sunday River Resort and 7 minutes to picturesque New England village of Bethel, this sunny open concept 4-bedroom chalet is the perfect spot for your escape to Sunday River and the mountains of Maine. The private outdoor space features a hot tub and a large sunny wrap-a-round deck as well as lawn space. You'll find everything needed to cook and entertain in the modern kitchen that opens up to a comfortable living / dining area with cathedral ceilings. The living area features oversized windows allowing you to to take in the scenic views centered around a convenient and cozy gas fireplace. Rounding out the first floor is a large private primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper level offers two bedrooms with a shared bath and a cozy den area. The lower level features and additional living area with second kitchen, bunkroom and bathroom.

To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Perfect winter getaway

Beautiful and huge property very close to Sunday River. The location made our skiing very easy. Non-skiers in the group enjoyed the property with the fireplace and jacuzzi. Everything was great. No complains.

Amazing ski getaway

We had a wonderful stay here and it was so convenient to Sunday river mountain. House fully equipped with two kitchens, plenty of beds, and fireplace and hot tub were great to come home to after a long day of skiing. House is very clean and beautifully designed as a cozy ski cabin. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

All you can ask for with great amenities , plenty of room and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Hot tub was exceptional and entire property was clean and had all the conveniences of home.

21st Birthday Celebration
