Unhappy to be charged for parking. Paid more for poolside room which had not opened . Oddly hallways on first floor had very low ceilings. If youre 6'4" or taller pick another floor. Rachel the receptionist was the freindliest and most helpful professional Ive run into for a long time.

At first, when we arrived to check-in, they were looking for the person who reserved the booking. Even though the reservation was also under my husband's name. This madenit inconvinient since we have to call his friend who booked the reservation just to check us in at the hotel. Inside the rooms, they were lacking basic stuff we need like slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The door locks are also messed up. It took us almost an hour just to get inside the room bec the keycard was not working. During our stay, every night there were always buses blocking the driveway and entrance to the lobby which made it inconvinient for us since cars cannot pass through the entrance. All in all, i was not satisfied with my stay. Everything was complicated in this hotel, which was supposed to be a relaxing stay.
