Limited food service. Did not honor the stated times of the restaurant and no alternatives available. They said the restaurant was open till 10 pm but when I called to order something at 9 they had already closed, did not offer any other options. No nearby restaurants either open then.

The corridor was dirty, the room carpet was stained. The AC was horribly loud, you couldn't sleep next to it, but if you turned it off the room cooled down really quickly. The stuff wasn't helpful, could not help with the AC and the room temperature. They only gave us thin blankets, we had to sleep in jumpers. There were no automatic housekeeping, we had to ask for it. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it.

First, the hotel ran out of milk for the complimentary coffee. Went to the front desk, not much help. Can a hotel really run out of milk? GET SOME. Room had crumbs on the desk, Generally the property seemed run down and dirty despite a recent renovation. The refrigerator in the room ran noisily. The vibration from the fridge made the microwave, that was missing a foot vibrate. We had to unplug the fridge to sleep. The adjoining room was coughing throughout the night and next morning. Only two towels, usually there are more. Not a stellar stay that we expected.
