This is 100% my new go-to hotel in DMV. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms, impeccably clean. The extra safety provided by the room hallways open and facing the lobby is a plus. Various business areas, formal and casual.

Since the hotel room have a connect door between each room, The neighbour room keep watching TV, make phone call , laugh at a 1Am , very noisy , can not sleep. The hotel do not have good breakfirst . parking $30 per night is also very expensive.

I loved my stay here. The convenient 120 steps to the metro station, I loved. Everything in the room worked. All the lamps, mini fridge, hot water/water pressure, roomy walk in shower, the simple tv operation, and the thermostat. Everything worked just as it should. And my balcony was a private terrace of enormous proportions. LOVED IT. I've stayed in fancier, more expensive properties, but have never had an easier or nicer stay. Could use some cushions for the outdoor chairs. Other than that, I had a perfect stay.
