Limpeza boa. Colchão horrível. Frigobar não fecha a porta direito. Ao final o hotel queria cobrar noventa reais pelo estacionamento. Na pesquisa, busquei hotel que tivesse estacionamento. Nunca fui cobrado por estacionamento em hotéis. Me recusei a pagar o estacionamento. Tive que assinar um documento dizendo que não fiz uso do estacionamento, mas usei os dias que fiquei hospedado.

REFORMA NECESSÁRIA

Tenho preferencia por este hotel em Betim, já tendo me hospedado cerca de 5 ou 6 vezes, mas carece de reforma urgente e troca de mobiliário: colchões desconfortáveis que deformam ao deitar, quarto com paredes descascando, piso de madeira necessitando de reparo, piso de madeira deteriorando, ar condicionado muito antigo, TV antiga sem sequer ser smart, café da manhã com pouca variedade e reposição deficiente. Como minhas estadias geralmente são de uma diária, não me causa tanto desconforto, mas se fossem por mais dias, comprometeria minha escolha. Espero que de alguma forma possam reformar o hotel como um todo.

A piscina estava em manutenção e em momento algum fomos informados pelo hotel ou pela plataforma. A piscina foi determinante na nossa escolha e nos sentimos lesados. O estacionamento é cobrado e não sabíamos dessa informação também. Um cheiro muito forte vindo do banheiro.
