Great staff and service overall, a very helpful female staff member arranged a shredder for heaps of confidential docs, we waited 45 minutes but all done successfully. Highly recommended. We were extending our stay, but my husband confused the dates and the hotel were understanding about the situation after I made a few calls and rectified things as a goodwill gesture.
