Was okay, but too pricey. The vent above the shower started dripping when our upstairs neighbour showered. Windows dirty and floor needs vacuuming. The light in the entrance didn't work. Bathroom and bed was otherwise clean. Nice shower.

We stayed in a sea view room at Beachfront at Bicheno and were very happy with it. The room was comfortable, well laid out, and the sea view was genuinely lovely — perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of driving along the coast. The location is excellent, right by the water and close to town, making it easy to get around on foot. It’s not over the top or flashy, but it delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable stay in a great location with a view that’s worth paying for.
