Beautiful, newly renovated home with spectacular river & ocean views on Hills Beach, one of the best kept secrets in southern Maine. Located on a quiet peninsula you'll enjoy full use of our semi-private, pet-friendly beach where the sunsets are breathtaking.

Biddeford, ME is a rising community with amazing restaurants and a laid-back, community vibe. It's not your traditional beach town, and that's why we love it. If you're a foodie, you'll love the 5-star chefs that call their home, Biddeford. 2 local chefs were nominated for the James Beard award in 2022. That's not meant to exclude all the other diverse and delicious culinary options, from pizza to gyros, to barbecue, to sushi, and Vietnamese, Latin or Greek...Biddeford has it all! If the kids are itching for some fun when they get off the beach, there's an old-school amusement park in Old Orchard that's a 10 min drive north. If you want to spend the day in a quintessential beach town, Kennebunkport is a 15-minute drive south. Looking for a city vibe? Hop on I-95 and drive 20 minutes north to Portland and the Old Port. You can also take the train from Saco Station.

Lovely stay in Hills Beach

We had a great stay at Kelly's house in Hills Beach - the location was perfect for our extended family and dog. The kids loved the calm waters by the semi-private beach, and being just a short trip away from Fortune's Rock. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We can't wait to return next year!

Wow wow wow

What a special experience, lovely community, and gorgeous home. Kelly was a delightful and communicative host. Her home is beautifully set up with every kitchen amenity, high-end furnishings, and a gracious vibe. We had three generations staying together, and everyone felt extremely comfortable. Being able to watch the sky brighten every morning and see the boats move past without getting out of bed (in two of the bedrooms) was a real treat--although we often wandered to the beach at dawn just to enjoy the full sights and sounds. The beach is fantastic and never crowded. We loved every minute and highly recommend this home.

Amazing house with an amazing view!

Amazing house with an amazing view! We loved our stay and Kelly has done an amazing job making this house a welcoming place for guests! She even had fresh flowers greeting us when we arrived. The kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. It was great to eat our meals looking out at the Atlantic! I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Wonderful vacation

We loved our stay in Maine. The house was clean, incredibly well outfitted, and so comfortable and welcoming. It was newly renovated and furnished, and very well-appointed. The hosts anticipated everything we might need for a happy vacation. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The beach was a short walk away and very uncrowded, often empty. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we hope to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful Home – Great Location

Wonderful newly renovated home with beautiful water views and convenient access to both dog and people-friendly beaches. The house was extremely well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. Great open floor plan, and very comfortable beds/living space. Kelly was very responsive to questions and the property was spotless. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to come back!

The Perfect Maine Vacation

Beautiful house in great location!

We stayed at this house in June for 1 week with family of 3 generations. It was amazing and we would definitely stay there again! Clearly newly renovated with very beautiful finishings. Great open space for dining, kitchen, living room and all rooms with enough space and storage. I had house envy after staying here! Kelly was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved having a view of the water and a short quick walk to the water where there was a quiet beach right on the inlet to the river and we could watch the boats go in and out. We cooked a lot and had no issues with any kitchen supples. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

The property was stunning, and the hosts thought of everything we could need for our stay - beach chairs, umbrellas, grilling equipment, kitchen supplies, entertainment/games/puzzles. The views were amazing and everything was sparkling and gleaming, looking brand new! I couldn't recommend this property more!
