Cute quaint

Heating was more than enough. A little loud at times. Beds were comfortable. Great location to walk to restaurants. Internal swimming pool is interesting but needs updating. The hot tub was NOT hot.

This was a terrible experience for my family, and I. We had next-door neighbors, being super loud, partying, cussing, and fighting out loud. My children were scared and nervous. I reported to the front desk, and nothing was done. I believe police were called and nothing was done the partying, cussing, and loud noise was throughout the whole night in which my family was unable to sleep to the staff. Please do your job, and they have not even called me back yet.

Modern Hotel at Moderate Prices

Solid location in walking distance to the village and quick drive to the slopes. Beds are comfortable and the family suite is spacious so as not to feel crowded as a family of five. We loved the modern camp decor/vibe, plus the house cats - Sierra and Blue! It was great to have the kitchenette, but we couldn't get the hot plate to work and it was missing some relatively key things, like dish towels or paper towels (strange when you have a sink and countertops.) An easy add to elevate the in-room amenities even further would be to put toasters in every room!

I loved the stylish, renovated room and that the hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants. My family enjoyed swimming in the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi during winter. Free parking is good as well. Overall a great stay and won’t mind booking here again!

It was very cozy and quiet and in a great central area with lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. there's an arcade & bowling sport across the street. the staff was kind and accommodating.

Facilities are clean and renovated, staff is friendly. The room has a few issues, like the ceilings lights cannot be fully turned off. The shower is lukewarm at best, the floor is squeaky. The in-room furnace is very loud.

Pro's and Cons

I booked this hotel during one of my snowboard trips up the mountain and was looking forward to the hot tub feature in the hotel. The pool area is not desirable and needs an update. The hot tub, not hot at all. Upon asking the front desk if they can make it hotter we were responded by a very mono tone no. The family room we stayed in was very cute though and they have 2 hotel cats that greeted us when we were leaving. Other than this service was sub par, it would have been better off if they didn't offer the hot tub at all as an option. It was so disappointing.

There was hair in the shower. I found a Shirt behind the bathroom door from previous guest. There was dog hair on the blanket and decorative pillows were dirty they never been washed.plus we found a bug on the wall. That was really cold, that split unit wasn’t really working. We couldn’t take a shower, we had to cover our pillow cases with our shirts to sleep. Pictures are really great but real picture is not. I don’t recommend and will never be back there again.
