First off, through no fault of the amazing staff the rooms here are in no way sound proof! You could hear conversatioms through the walls, and the people upstairs walking and rolling in the office chair. It is defintley pet friendly and you can hear pets in other rooms. Our pet was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us in every aspect of our stay. They stored our frozen foods in the freezer because we didnt expect not to have one. They also gave us earplugs for the noise. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole property was very clean. Not sure we would stay again as the rooms are small for a large family but I'd want to go visit and remind all of their staff of how amazing they all are!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. When you walk the atmosphere is modern, cozy, and cute. By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the simplicity of the rooms was great. My only complaint was how thin the walls are. We could hear any movement that occurred in the rooms next to and especially above us.

In all fairness, this has been a great experience so i can't really fault construction. Out of the properties control. But it was hard to get to the property. There were detour signs but it took me twice to see them. Everything on property is excellent!!

Our room was clean and quiet. Not having our trash taken out of our room. Had ask someone to PLEASE remove trash and give us clean towels.
