Never had a problem until staying here recently. The manager charged me for a service animal, which I asked her about the charges as soon as she did them and she said it was for booking a third party reservation. Never received this charge in previous stays. Something didn't seem right, so I asked the girl working at the desk at evening shift and she said it was for a pet fee. She removed them. The next morning I voiced this with the manager and she told me that the girl was new (she wasn't) and that's not what the fees were. I saw them with my own eyes. I was going to extend but had not paid yet - yes it was past checkout but I was waiting for the fees to be returned. Not only were they not returned, they were pushed through as soon as I voiced this to the manager. Really? The manager was rude and continued gas lighting me so I left. Also the night before when I went and talked to the girl at the front desk she had said no one was even in my room she had keys ready for someone to check into my room and I was in a different room. The manager who had made these charges when I extended earlier that day knew what room I was in and the young girl told me that the manager had booked this reservation. So something about that is a little sketchy to me? What's the manager also said the girl was new and didn't know what she was talking about when I saw it with my own eyes I saw the reservation and the keys ready for this person that was not me to go to my room. I just find it very odd
