Check in was absolute nightmare. We asked for an early check in. we were told it was guaranteed which is fine. We came back up at 345pm to ask about check in and was able to Check in and was told our room was ready. The lady at check in said “no it’s not ready” we then waited another 30 minutes to be told our room was ready again. Both times the lines were 20-30 people long for just checking in.

Room was dirty. Stains everywhere in carpet. Floors had not been cleaned. Food in fridge. Tried to check in 25 minutes early was told there would be a fee for early check in. Went site seeing came back later was told we couldn’t get a room until 1130 that night. Paid more for room than what Expedia said I owed at hotel. We will never stay here again.

Found to small roaches (alive) in the room. Also, housekeeping NEVER came to the room out of the 3 nights that we stayed. Front desk didn't mention anything about having to call for daily servicing.

There are not enough restaurants in the casino, and I didn't see any winners when I was there. There should be a free shuttle to take you back and forth that runs every 30 minutes to an hour, so people can see the sites. There were not enough waitresses in the casino had to go find a waitress to get a drink.

Really nice hotel. Very surprised ti aririve fir check in and there was only one person working the desk! Slooow Hotel room was clean, shower was great! Appliance plug ins were iffy, didnt always work. Lighted make up mirror didnt work.
