The door to our room wasn’t working properly — we had to swipe and reset it multiple times just to get inside. When we reported it to the front desk, she simply said it was the key, reset it, and handed it back without any real concern. After a few times going down she finally had made more of an effort to seem concerned but did not swap keys for us and said after we checked out they would look at the battery to the room door.
On the positive side, the housekeeping team and kitchen staff were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. The woman working there was consistently rude and had a noticeably bad attitude. Any time we asked a question, she acted like we were bothering her. There was zero hospitality, which really impacted our stay.
