My kids loved the water park and the arcade. We loved all the dinner options and the pier access at the hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional.

The swim area is conveniently located with plenty of snack options. My grandson really enjoyed the arcade and the fishing pier. The only negative is the vost of the arcade.

The room was half clean. All the lights in the restroom didnt work. The body wash, shampoo and conditio er needed refills. The mirrors was dirty and the carpet in the room need cleaning. Check in took awhile. I called front desk the morning for check out to ask a question and it kept going to voicemail.

There’s only one set of elevators which leaves a bit of a wait all the time. The food options are a bit slim, we resulted in having to leave the resort open just for decent food prices and wait times. I was hit with a surprise security deposit as well after paying in full and only expecting to pay $70 that was on my receipt. Overall I rate a 7. Complimentary breakfast would be nice too for the price of the resort

Lots of good amenities, room was clean. Property needs work, floor in front of elevators on multiple floors (especially arcade area) is broken/missing. All of the TV’s for the Margaritaville ambiance (where they play the music videos, etc.) were on the fritz. Definitely lacked that Margaritaville vibe. Smelled like weed frequently in the hall on our floor. The pool and arcade were fun, however.

The staff is great. The hotel room is just okay, only do towel and trash pick up in the room daily unless you are there more than 3 days. The walls are thin and you can hear everything! Kids running up and down the hall at night, baby crying in the middle of the night and dog crying is a few examples.

Will never stay at resort again

Price of stay is over rated! Room did not have a microwave oven, dog barked all day & not across the hall. Prices of everything was separately, do not have complimentary breakfast. Was charged additional money when I got there!
