The staff was great. Hotel was so so. We had a leak in our room from the room above us our second night there. The staff was super nice about it when we told them. The first night we were there there was a disturbance outside around midnight. Someone was blowing the horn in a truck. The hotel itself was very nice and did all they could and should have to make them stop.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. What was supposed to be a premium room turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. First, there were three roaches in the room during my stay. That alone is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one advertising premium accommodations. To make matters worse, the room was located right next to the lobby coffee station and a staff door. Every morning, I was woken up early by guests loudly getting coffee and staff repeatedly slamming the door. I barely slept either night because of the constant noise. A premium room should not be placed in one of the busiest and loudest areas of the hotel. When I attempted to speak with the manager about these issues, she was completely dismissive and showed no concern. After I called the corporate 800 number to file a complaint, the manager then claimed I had “broken policy”—a policy that was never mentioned to me and one that I absolutely did not break. I also asked if I could extend my stay one more night in a different room to avoid the noise and issues. I was told the hotel was completely booked and that it was not possible. However, moments later, the guests behind us were told they could extend their stay for an additional night. That inconsistency was extremely concerning. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor room placement, constant noise, and dismissive management made this the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

Outstanding front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Room was clean. I loved the quiet location. A/C worked well. Good water pressure in bathroom. A somewhat unpleasant smell in the corridor. So, why not 5 stars? I mean, it’s a Motel 6, so it’s very basic. Will I stay here again? Yes, I will. Do I recommend it? Yes, I do, but temper your expectations.
