*Pets - well behaved pets are welcomed with an additional charge of £25 per pet per night. All dog waste must be removed from the grounds.
*Books, Magazines and Games are complimentary whilst staying in the property and are the property of Oberon’s Rest. Please leave these in the same condition you found them before vacating the property .
*If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be retained and additional charge may apply.
