Great location and a really clean and smart hotel. Was given 2 complimentary drinks at the bar as it was our birthday trip away. Staff really helpful and friendly. Very pleased would stay again.

Convenient hotel close to town buT not clean

From entering the howl, it seemed okay but I expect more. Had to change my rooms 3 times to get an alright one as all the rooms looked dirty, and dusty, and stains on ironing board and also unclean bed. This too me is out of order and disgusting especially when I'm paying so much aswell. Break fast was minimum, no beans, not a lot of things at all. And the guy was not willing to help. It seemed like when I ask him questions he could not be borvered to answer me. Honestly I would stay at this hotel again. Waste of my money, if I could get my compensation I honestly would as I expected a lot better and I wish after complaining to memeber of staff they got the manager to come and speak to me.

great place to relax, lots of places for meals

Pros: it was all good.
Cons: more TV channels. and radio streaming service. also car parking instructions, maybe where to park with exclusive rates would help.
Location: lots of bars and eating places. perfect location for chilling.
wanted to relax for a weekend and this was perfect, you have a huge selection of bars, cafes, pubs. something for everyone. breakfast was full English, perfect, and you can have the egg the way you want it.
