Overall, property is very nicely updated and the inside is very pet friendly. The location was fantastic for proximity to the hospital. The front porch and back deck are very nice, but there is a lot of traffic noise due to being on a busy street. One note I would make is that the parking is in the rear/alley, so there is not a fenced area for pets to play/be off a leash.
