Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Heating was broken - fault on the boiler. Couldn't lock the door from inside. Worrying as I was staying with daughters. I had to barricade the door with chairs to ensure our safety. The hot tap in the top bathroom wasn't working properly. Lots of dead wasps in that bathroom also. Shower was more of a pouring tap than shower.
