Maison tres bien agencée beaux volumes, agréable à vivre. Ensoleillement et ombre des pins parfaits, le jardin rafraîchit la maison, la vue a horizon de pin, depuis le jardin tres apaisante. Mobilier de jardin et cuisine au top ! Placée a 5 mn de la plage, du centre et des pistes cyclables, a 5 mn du lac en voiture... Deux point noir : le mobilier (literie et canapé très vieux et inconfortable).et l emplacement de la la maison. SItuée sur le carrefour d arrrivee de biscarosse plage ( tres tres bruyant). Résultat : mauvais rapport qualité prix, nous sommes tres déçus de s etre fait avoir car tout n etait pas mentionné dans l annonce et le prix ne se justifiait pas au regard de ce défaut majeur.
