Located just steps from the ocean and surf schools, this house offers the perfect base for exploring our region, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The house features an entrance hall, a utility room with a washing machine, and a spacious living room with a lounge area including a TV with Wi-Fi and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. There is also an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. For sleeping, there are four bedrooms: a master suite with its own bathroom on the ground floor (queen-size bed) and three bedrooms upstairs with storage (two bedrooms with two queen-size beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed). A bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet provide added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace, perfect for sipping cocktails. A parking space is available next to the property. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay—perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region. A sunny holiday awaits! Parties are not allowed.
