- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful garden and a 150 m² fenced terrace, with furniture, to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Biscarrosse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Thanks to the many cycle paths, you can easily do everything by bike.
