Pin High is a budget-friendly, three-bedroom townhouse located within walking distance to Blackheath Golf course and about a kilometre from the town centre.

The property offers basic accommodation without any extra frills. The living area has a large wall heater, comfortable seating, a T V, and a D V D player. The dining area and kitchen are equipped with the essentials, including an electric stove with an oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a supply of basic crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

Heating consists of electric heaters in lounge and all bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds - Singles cannot be converted to king bed.
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds - Singles cannot be converted to king bed.

Bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Separate toilet.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. Linen and towels for six people are provided, and there is a family bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The attached garage has a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff, and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bathmats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
