Great communication from Nigel, introducing himself straight away. Instructions for entry on the morning of our stay. How to park, and to use the keys and rear parking. Very clean inside. You look out over the rear of the Pleasure Beach so it’s a perfect location. Not loud at all as it’s a side street. Very secure. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 kids. TV in each bedroom and large one in living room. Fully equipped kitchen so you can either order in or cook yourself. Aldi and Lidl a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend and if returning to Blackpool would rebook every time.

Can’t fault it. Just perfect.

Fantastic property, everything you need. Great quality and attention to detail. Beds were large and super comfortable. Superb location for pleasure beach and south pier. Host was really helpful, quick at responding to questions before we arrived and allowed us to leave the car for longer after checkout so we could enjoy our last day in Blackpool.

We have just returned from a trip to this apartment. The host’s communication was great. Prior to coming, he answered any questions, on check in day he sent a full detailed message about the apartment and answered any questions throughout our stay. He went out his way to get 2 travel cots as we had two 1 year olds. The apartment was spotless and looks exactly like the photos. Kitchen is also well equipped. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the pleasure beach and also the water park which was the purpose of our trip so the location was perfect! You can even see the Ice Blast and Grand National from the front window. Would absolutely return to this apartment if we return to Blackpool.

Had a lovely two night break with daughter and grandchildren , only one small niggle would have liked dust pan and brush and mop to clean up crumbs etc .

Fantastic

We stayed over a weekend, Nigel was very helpful with any queries we had, Flat was spotless, Location is perfect. Away from the main section of town. but just a couple of minutes walk to tram station and a 5 min trip on the tram to the tower. Very comfortable and quiet. Can't fault it at all and will book again the next time we go up to Blackpool
