Our room was alright compared to the others according to people that were staying in there while we were there, but a few dents and marks in the walls, stained table and pans and trays and the cutlery was also not clean enough and microwave had to clean it before using them. First night was kept up all night as there were some boys upstairs above us smoking drugs and making noise all evening even tho it says no smoking on the booking and weren't allowed to make noise after 11pm. Bed was alright but very worn and stains on the mattress itself and a little piss stain on the sheet at the bottom, one blind in the living room/kitchen was not there. It's alright if you just go there for a couple day to sleep and have meals out but I wouldn't go there for long stays. We're not staying there again rate it about 4/10

Absolutely disgusting! Do not book!

Absolutely disgusting. Had the worst experience of my life with this booking. I wouldn’t rent this place for someone homeless. Unclean bedding and human hair all over it, pure disgusting. Checked in with my partner and 2 young kids and left immediately as we could not stay in these conditions. Had to find alternative accommodation after a 3 hour drive resulting in another £453 to spend. After this terrible experience and contacting hotels.com I am yet to receive any refund. Because the booking is classed a non-refundable they have messaged the host rather than looking through my images and realising that the so called apartment is far from the pictures on the website. This was totally not what I paid for! The place was disgusting and full of mould. Stay clear of this place And I would advise you to stay clear from booking via this platform. They do not care for their customers only for your money. I have been left in a situation where I have had to pay for 2 places to stay after all this and it has made our holiday the worst one ever!

Location is superb as it is few minutes walk to the beach and Blackpool tower. However, the place itself is horrible. Front door steps has got bird poo. The hallway has used linens and smelled of cigarette. As we enter the apartment, we also smelled cigarette all over the flat. Fitted bed sheet looks like it was not changed as it has full of stains. One of the window facing the road has no blind so we still have to cover it with their towel, which, by the way, we did not use as I found out that their "clean towels" are kept in a dirty cupboard with bathroom foot mat, cleaning cloths, etc. Worst,kitchen sink was blocked in which we also realised that it may be blocked for a few days before we checked in as there was a bucket catching the leaking water from under the sink.The host responds to our call immediately, however, the sink was only sorted out on our 4th day of stay after we decided to leave a day early as we cannot bear the smell, and using the bathroom sink to wash our dishes. There was also no pillow ,blanket and towel prepared for my daughter even when there was 3 guests booked in. Plates and glasses are dusty as well. Staying here is the worst holiday experience we ever had!

Where do I start? On arrival, we had to call to get instructions to enter the apartment as they hadn’t sent them by text like they said they would. When we got access we had 2 double beds and only one of them was made so we had to then call again to get them to make the second bed as there was no duvet at all on it despite us booking the room for 4 people. We then discovered the toilet didn’t flush which took them a full day to fix so we had to flush the toilet with a bucket for a full 24 hours. The bath in the bedroom didn’t have a plug so we had to ask for one for it. The bed in the bigger room was broken on one side so the two of us had to sleep on one side of the bed to get a good nights sleep. The tv was missing which had been broken by the previous guests and I don’t think they’d have replaced it if we didn’t ask. There was holes in the walls, the skirting board and tiles were coming off in places, there was mould on the walls and only one window opened. The heating kept coming on randomly. There was no toilet roll in the bathroom so we had to go buy some. The fire alarm went off every time we cooked, even simple things like pasta, but no fire extinguisher at the bracket. The handrail coming down the stairs was broken which made going down the stairs dangerous. The main entry hall smelled like smoke every time we went in and we could also smell it if we switched on the extractor fan in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboard had a door missing. No wifi, no signal in basment.

The idea of the propery was good, the interior was tasteful and as you see in the photo description. It did however look very worn and a bit run down, e.g. the flooring was chipped, the beds were broken, plug sockets were not in the wall properly, some windows didn't open. We had an issue with the key lock and had to wait nearly 3 hours to get another key. There was no internet access as described in the let adverisement (possibly because we were in the basement apartment?) so had to buy our own wifi connection through the local hotspot, which is not ideal especially when you have young children. The host was good at responses to email communication. Very close and in walking distance to the beach and all amenaties and Blackpool promenade. If they issues were sorted then we would be more than happy to book and stay again.

DIRTY, SMELLY, UNKEMPT & DISCUSTING!!!

If I could give it less the one star I would, the pictures will speak for themselves, absolutely disgusting apartments, very dirty, broken bed, ripped up sofa plant pot used to cover dirty blinds the property was run down with a dirty basket of washing and a horrible smell as a warm welcome.

Unhygienic and unclean - Not suitable for a child

We arrived at the venue a little late it was around 5.45pm after a long journey. Once entering the property I was greeted by a foul smell in the corridor. I proceeded to the room finally unlocking the door and could see the property looked nothing like advertised. On top of that was unclean and unhygenic. The so called sofa bed was broken around the back, heavily stained with all white marks and when I immediately called the owner to explain there wasn’t even any sheets or duvet she told me to go in the wardrobe where I found more dirty stained sheets and smelly dirty stained bedding. I tried to liaise with the person on the phone and she said she would send someone but never did. I called hotels.com explained the situation in more detail and was assured I would be refunded. I put the keys back in the safety lock and didn’t stay there. My 5 year old child was meant to be sleeping on that sofa bed and expecting me to leave her to sleep in that conditions would have been CRIMINAL of me! The apartment as a whole was wrecked though, the side of the bed was hanging off in the main bedroom! Didn’t feel like a very safe space to stay as the lock on the door had clearly been stuck on with tape.

Lovely bathroom, other rooms need A LOT of attention. Dirty and torn sofa bed, unclean bedding on double bed, dirty floors, kitchen was basic and not very clean. Smelly and unwelcoming in the lobby area of property when entering the property and NO HEATING OR HOT WATER. Ideal location though, very close to tram stop. Host was good at replying.

Terrible do not stay

I booked with this hotel and when we arrived it was nothing like what we seen in the photos online we had to check more than once to see if it was the right postcode we pulled up and the place we thought it was and we opened the door to been greeted by no one no sign of reception of dated and ran down tried messaging and ringing more than once to get hold of the hotel then when the phone answered no one said anything then when I tried ringing back kept cutting me off when I walked in I went up the stairs and to me shock I saw cigarettes dimps on the floor with tin foil lucky i didn’t have my kids with me I quickly left the premises having booked this for a special day taking my kids up there to open presents what was meant to be a nice hotel what nothing like the pictures online not wanting to y my kids I booked a travel lodge and paid for that we drove over a hour and wasn’t wasting the journey

Not as bad as most reviews say nice looking place once your inside the apartment only problem was central heating wasn't working kept tripping on the fuse box luckily i took my own electric heater heater to keep us warm

As soon as we got there the front door was locked and there wasn’t a key to open it this creepy guy opened door and when we went to number 5 (the deluxe room) he started asking us for things like fags money etc later found out he was sleeping on stairs when my mate went outside for a smoke at night. when we got in the room the kitchen and bathroom was kinda like pictures taken.it was really hard to get the “hot tub” warm .the 2 bedrooms were awful there was stains on floor and on bedding and the door handle was gone and radiator didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable and so was the sofa the middle sank in. the hall way was dodge and gave you weird vibes. The fridge smelt disgusting like food was left in there to rot before cleaning. They don’t provide toilet roll so if u dare go make sure u take some. I wouldn’t waste your money isn’t worth it!!!!

All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Left my partner and I and our two daughters with nowhere to stay for the night after cancelling out booking with no explanation just a couple of hours before we were due to check in. Only advised of the cancellation by email after us emailing them with a query. Have not had any answers or explanation after trying to contact them several times. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise.
