For a hilton property bed was poor. Hard matress and scratchy overly bleached bedding. The hotel cannot really be blamed for noisy inconsiderate families in adjacent rooms with screaming children!

Poor experience. Paid £17 for car park overnight. Paid for a premium family room which was opposite the gym. Didn’t have a wink of sleep. Banging all night. Walls like paper. No window could be opened at all and air con was faulty so humidity was awful. Had to walk through the restaurant to get to the room and there were dirty plates on the tables for over 2 hours. Not cleared and the place wasn’t busy. Wouldn’t return.

Is there any difference in Travelodge & Hilton 😡

Very bad experience to stay in this hotel. It was started with check-in confusions, it took them 20-25 minutes to find the vacant room though 2 rooms were booked very well in advance. Morning vegetarian breakfast did not had more choices. It was same as Travelodge. Other than good bathroom I didn’t find any differences between Travelodge and Hilton. 😡😡

Lovely hotel, rooms were modern and clean. Handy with tram stop right across from hotel beachfront. We only used hotel facilities for breakfast and it was pretty chaotic, staff struggled to keep up with bringing out more cutlery / fresh bread for toast / hot items.

Fantastic alternative to other hotels in the area

This is a great alternative to the fantastic but more expensive hotels in the area. Rooms are comfy and clean with a nice view of the sea. The service was great and the breakfast included was an added bonus.

Not enough tables for guests at breakfast time, was relocated into a meeting room to have breakfast after waiting in a lengthy queue for breakfast. Had a room for four people and only given two towels in the room.

Very close to pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark, a 45min walk to the tower. Upgrade to seaview room if can, we just booked a normal side view and the view was horrible we kept the curtains closed the full time as just seen a outdated not kept well hotel across. Hotel was very quiet which was nice, beds were hard, only got given 2 towels for the 4 of us and sais in bathroom if reuse hang up and if left on floor will be replaced, we left our hand towels on the floor and 1 bath towel, we didnt get any replacements so ended up with 1 bath towel which our we used later that afternoon so had no towels until our last day when checking out. Luckily we did take our own towels for the waterpark so werent stuck. So i would bring towels just incase. Breakfast the usual standard of selfservice buffet style. Overall was a nice stay.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton in Blackpool. Overall, the experience was pleasant — the rooms were clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was great. However, I did feel that the front desk staff could be more welcoming. Their attitude came across as somewhat cold and condescending, especially towards foreign guests. A warmer and more inclusive approach would make a big difference. Other than that, everything else met expectations.

It was good but beds were not very comfortable. Toilet door wasn’t kids friendly and no proper place to hang towels etc. parking was very expensive considering free road side parking and overall empty spaces around the hotel area

Ideal for our visit with young grandchild. Good location for tram. Had to ask a couple of times for bedding to make up the sofa bed for granddaughter. Very nice young man came at 8.15 pm and made the bed up for her. Breakfast choice good. Just a bit chaotic as was busy and a bit messy. On the whole was good and would stay again. Nice and modern and clean.
