Lovely modern, clean hotel and rooms. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Convenient parking with discount in the multi storey opposite the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, lots of variety here. Good. location for the Winter Gardens where I was attending an annual dance event. I had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning next year.

The hotel is new a conveniently situated a few minutes walk from the beach and shops whilst adjacent to a railway station and tram station. It would be useful though if they would provide loo brushes in the bathrooms.

Lovely Stay - everything I like in a hotel

Great experience - friendly efficient check in, modern and clean interior, friendly teams, spacious rooms with well maintained decor. A great stay. A good location too, by Blackpool North and away from the noise of the prom.

A warm welcome by the staff and always with a smile, this hotel catered for all our needs including asking for extra pillows, lovely lounge area to relax in , lift goes down to the tram station which is a bonus. very good choice of meals with a good bar area. Twin room was very comfortable and quiet ended up staying an extra night .

Great family stay

Great hotel and facilities. Lorraine and jenny were most attentive at breakfast times. Jahana was a friendly and charismatic manager. Areas for improvement- more plant-based, gut friendly options at mealtimes. House/keeping in terms of cleaning and tidying our room and replacing used glasses. Hotel is new and very modern otherwise.

Lovely rooms, great quiet aircon, really modern and clean throughout - right next to station but so quiet obviously well sound proofed. Friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I think could be improved on is a slightly wider selection on the dinner menu, not much to pick from on the bar menu and our daughter doesn’t eat pizza or burger so we couldn’t eat in the Marco’s restaurant any kids menu should really include chicken and pasta. Regardless a fabulous stay will definitely be our go to for dance competitions in Blackpool, felt very safe here.
