Off the living area is the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. To the far end is the spacious bathroom with double ended bath, large walk in rainfall shower with His and Her sinks.

Outside: A large decking area which leads to the rear secluded garden with outdoor furniture and hot tub offering far-reaching views towards Glenshee. Parking for one car.
