Experience long-range mountain views and warm sunrises at Big Pine Cabin. The new 24 x 32 deck was designed to provide amazing views, space and comfort. Cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace, enjoy dinner with a stunning background and gather with family to enjoy everything the mountains have to offer. After the day’s adventures, soak in the hot tub with long-range views, melt away the stress in the floating chairs or enjoy the family game room! Memorable times await at Big Pine Cabin!

Space
Outdoor space is the crown jewel. The owners built a very large top deck that allows for amazing views of the mountain and sunrises. It has a wood burning fireplace on the left side to enjoy the peace and relaxation sounds of the mountains and cleansing air! It also features a large seating area, dining area, gas grill and plenty of space for other activities.

The downstairs deck offers the hot tub positioned to enjoy the long-range mountain views, two floating chairs and entry into the downstairs game room. The game room has shuffleboard, foosball, and Pac-Man. There are also other board games and books for the entire family to enjoy.

The cabin offers a private getaway featuring two bedrooms, loft bedroom, family room, dining/kitchen, game room and two full baths.

The bedrooms consist of:

Main Floor - King - Smart TV
Main Floor - two bunk beds - 4 total single beds - Smart TV
Loft - Queen and Full - Smart TV

The loft also features an additional area for games, reading or putting together a puzzle.

The downstairs has a full size washer and dryer for the guests to use!

Guest Access
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

Neighborhood Overview
The cabin is 10 minutes to downtown Blairsville and only minutes from Vogel State Park, waterfalls, wineries and other great attractions.
It is paved roads the entire way with a very short 20 yard drive on gravel. Parking is flat and will fit three cars.

Getting Around
Minutes from Blairsville, Vogel State Park, water falls, wineries, horseback riding, tubing, hiking and many other attractions. Easy drive to Young Harris, Hiwassee, Murphy, NC and other quaint towns for a day visit.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Please pickup after your pet and dispose of the bags in the large trash bags. Do not put single poop bags into the trash. The companies collecting the trash will not take anything loose in the trash cans.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind

Security Cameras
There are two cameras on the property: A ring doorbell camera and camera facing the parking lot. No cameras are focused on any private areas.
