The cottage features a ground floor living room with a dining area, a lounge with a sofa bed (comfortable 140x190cm bed), a television, and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, etc.). The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a large mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. The bathroom has a sink and a shower, and the toilet is adjacent to the bathroom.

In the gîte's private garden, you'll enjoy the peaceful setting, whether relaxing on the sun loungers (garden furniture and barbecue are available).

Located in the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, this gîte is ideally located for visiting châteaux (the tallest château in France, the Château de Brissac, is just 10 minutes from the gîte) and for beautiful walks through the vineyards or along the Loire River, whether on foot or by bike. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is just a few minutes from the gîte! Saumur and its Cadre Noir are 30 minutes away, and Angers is 25 minutes away.
