These house rules are in place to preserve the character and tranquillity of this historic residential area and to ensure a respectful experience for all neighbours and guests alike.

The open kitchen is fully integrated into this convivial living space. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, 2 large double bedrooms each accommodate a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, with one of the two rooms also equipped with a television offering digital and international channels. A shower room with WC serves this floor. On the second upper floor, a third large double bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm by 200 cm and its own television with international channels awaits you, alongside a children's room fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 2 pull-out beds of the same dimensions, making it ideal for younger guests.
