Comfortable, convenient (close to our son’s apartment), ample parking, easy in/out, nice updated room (clean, modern upgrades) but would benefit from a few more elements (table lamps, wall decor, more comfortable desk chair). Great value! Recommend!

Best value is correct.

The outside might throw you off but the room was very clean and comfortable beds. We both slept so solid. Front desk was helpful checking in. Although we had some college boys next to us (we are thinking for a sports team from MI), we couldn’t hear them. It was the best value and if we need to stay again in town, we will book there again.

Clean and comfortable stay!

Excellent location, 1 min from IU football stadium. Newly renovated rooms, modern clean. TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, toiletries. Everything I needed for the weekend. The manager/owner was very courteous and I appreciate when an owner puts money back in his property. Clearly updated the entire hotel, currently the reception area so no construction noise. I was very pleased and didn’t pay the outrageous price that other hotels charge in the exact same area because they know people will be visiting the college. I will definitely stay here again.

Good value for basic room great location with friendly staff. Large updated bathroom and comfortable beds. Not fancy, but very good for sleep. Nice breakfast place next door, and walking distance to Heart Works Brewery and nearby GoExpress shuttle stop.

Rooms have all been renovated and are clean and nice. The owner who is there every day is super friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price. Always stay here when visiting IU.

My wife was traveling alone and when she got to the hotel it didn’t even look open. Certainly didn’t look like the photos online. See attached photo. She was too nervous to stay and went to another hotel. They should refund our money.
