Great hotel.

A great hotel, ideally located close to the airport in Basel. Clean, spacious and modern. The team were super helpful - we arrived late and left early and they were polite and helpful in their services, offering a pick up shuttle and drop off shuttle to/from the airport which was very much appreciated.

Shuttle bus tell you to go to French side of BSL airport.. but you cant walk to it on arrival!!! They wont go to Swiss side... its a ridiculous airport, look it up, only airport in world run by 3 countries... Uber driver told me look at taxi stand license plates. That told me i was on "south" side, with Swiss plates... WHY COULDNT THE HOTEL SHUTTLE BUS TELL ME THAT!!!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst nearby for business, the hotel is okay, and I would stay there again if in the area. I the restaurant was pretty good for dinner in the evening, but pretty poor for breakfast. The main issue I had, which was poor, was there was a very sharp plastic thing in the mattress topper and on the second night it must have come through the sheets and cut my leg in 2 places,

Very pleasant pre flight stay.

Close to Basel airport on the French side. Some issue with meeting the shuttle bus because we were on the Swiss side. The driver was so patient and helpful then checked us in at the reception. Comfortable beds, nice dark room. Very good food at the restaurant.

Great location for the airport, clean, lovely staff, easy check in. Wouldn’t strongly recommend the breakfast but handy enough if you don’t want to venture out. Bed wasn’t amazing 😬
