This charming cabin is conveniently located ~6 miles from downtown Blue Ridge and ~12 miles from downtown Ellijay. Hike the Appalachian Trail, go whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River, go kayaking on the Toccoa River, visit an apple orchard, unwind at a winery, and so much more.

We have a strong commitment to cleanliness and the safety of our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay.
★ Check-in & Check-out ★
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. Early check-in requests will incur an additional fee. Our housekeeping team typically charges $50 for early check-in.
Check-out is anytime before 11 AM. No late check-out allowed. If you depart later than the specified check-out time, the minimum fee for failing to vacate is $100 for the first 15 minutes and $100 for each subsequent 15 minutes that the guest fails to vacate the property. Our housekeeping team runs on a tight schedule and needs an adequate amount of time to ensure the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest.
★ Pets ★
Our cabin is pet friendly! The nonrefundable pet fee is $150 for up to 2 dogs, each 50 lbs or less. Unauthorized pets brought into the cabin will result in an additional fee of $200 per pet. Dogs must be house-trained and you must pick up after them. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised in the home under any circumstances unless kenneled. Dogs must always be on a leash when outside.
★ Smoking ★
No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors. An additional cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged to remove the smell of smoke from the home.
★ Road to the Cabin ★
Getting to our cabin is easy as the majority of the road is paved. The final portion of the drive involves a few minutes on a gravel and dirt path. Although the road may appear narrow, it can fit 2 cars. Be sure to drive slowly as there will be other vacationers driving down the mountain. The road up to the cabin does have a moderate slope, but four-wheel drive is not required.
★ Parking ★
Parking is available for 2-3 cars in the driveway directly in front of the cabin.
★ Hot Tub ★
The hot tub will accommodate 4 people, and is only for guests 18 years old and above. Alcohol and glassware are not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Our housekeeper drains, cleans, and refills the hot tub before every stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive. Be sure to set it to your desired temperature upon arrival. The temperature cannot be set above 104 degrees for health and environmental safety.
You will have access to the entire cabin and property with the exception of the locked owner's closet and the crawl space.
Check in with ease using the keyless entry electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive a unique door lock code prior to your arrival.
Guests must also upload their photo ID upon booking, which is required by our insurance company, and complete a check-in form.
Please Note: There is a motion activated, actively recording floodlight camera located on the front of the cabin facing towards the driveway for property safety. The camera does not impede on guest privacy and is there for security reasons only. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the cabin during your stay, only after you depart to maintain your privacy.
The cabin is located in the wilderness, so there may be bugs, critters, and wildlife associated with this environment. Our cabin is protected by pest control. It's impossible for us to guarantee you will not see any bugs.
There have been bear sightings in the area. Remember they are wild animals and you should maintain a safe distance at all times. Please do not leave any food or trash outdoors. Keep doors locked and throw any trash in the bear-proof container.
Please keep in mind safety protocols and understand that at times inclement weather can cause things that are out of our control (such as short intermittent power outages, etc). Please check the weather prior to your trip departure and plan accordingly. We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other naturally or unnaturally occurring events that are beyond our control.
There is a $50 service fee plus shipping costs to ship any personal items left behind.
We provide the following:
• Bed linens
• Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup towels
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
• Hand soap
• Dish soap
• Starter kit of: toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
We highly recommend all guests purchase trip insurance with a CFAR (cancel for any reason) policy after booking to protect your money in the event of unexpected weather conditions, natural disasters, medical situations, or otherwise. We do not refund in these scenarios and we don't accept reservation alterations after 48 hours of booking.
House Rules:

• Any use of hot tub, fireplace, equipment, appliances, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. Be sure to follow the instructions and use them accordingly. You acknowledge that children should be supervised at all times.
• The living room fireplace is operational from October 1st - April 30th.
• No refunds will be given for cancellation requests outside of our cancellation policy (including unexpected weather conditions, natural disasters, medical situations, etc) or loss of amenities beyond our control, including power outages, WiFi outages, hot tub, or fireplace.
• Guests are required to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay to provide the host time to correct the issue.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Toilet paper is the only thing to be flushed down the toilet. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, Q-Tips, tissues, etc.
• Dispose all cooking oils in the trash. Do not pour grease or oil down the drain or toilet as this will clog the pipes.
• Please remove lint from laundry dryer after each load to prevent dryer fires.
• No open flames of any kind, including candles, glitter, or confetti are allowed.
• Absolutely no soaps, oils, bubbles, bath bombs allowed in the hot tub.
• Tampering with the Wi-Fi router, outdoor security camera, and owner’s closet is strictly prohibited.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property by you or your party during your stay.
• Biohazards and excessive garbage/dirty dishes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
