The Brentwood Waterfront Retreat tarjoaa 9 huonetta, joissa on hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysrauta/-lauta. Tämä aamiaismajoitus tarjoaa asiakkailleen huonehintaan sisältyvän langattoman internetyhteyden, jonka nopeus on 25+ Mbit/s. Palveluihin kuuluu jaettu keittiö. We slept with the window open and it was relaxing. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we were never able to use our balcony. It was COVERED in tons of webs and HUGE spiders! They did pressure wash the larger balcony area so we were able to use that. There is a hole in the one screened window so we never opened it so spiders wouldn't crawl in. Beach access is nice. Sunset views are wonderful. Would have liked to use the sauna, but out of order. There were signs for pesticides sprayed so never sat outside on lower level area. Will try this place again sometime. Hopefully they can stay on top of spiders all around property better. Should spray a couple of times a year to keep them at bay a little.

They advertise this property as "Luxury retreat". This house couldn't be farther away from luxurious. Yes, the house itself is beautiful, even breathtaking, but the lack of maintenance in the outdoors spaces make their facilities absolutely useless. There is a serious infestation of spiders. They are literally on every chair, table and counter, and no one does anything about it. They charge hotel rates, yet pay only 1 person for the maintenance of the whole property. This business requires a professional cleaning crew to be on top of it every single day. We tried to use the barbecue and spent our time and our own wipes to remove the thick spiderweb from the chairs and table, only to realize that the amount of live spiders underneath was impossible for us to clean, at least not without being bitten. We talked to the property manager and she didn't do anything for us. We had to move all our stuff indoors. I paid 500$ for 2 nights, hoping to find that Luxury retreat they promised, but found ourselves in a disgusting space. Also, I paid the highest rate for the Lakeview room as they advertised it as the best view in the house, but the whole view is obstructed by a huge tree. They have 5 indoors fireplaces but no one is in use, I asked the lady but she said there is no gas. The breakfast is a joke for the price they charge. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Overall a good Air BnB with great views is the water, big lot size with direct access to the lake, private beach, quiet neighborhood and great place to watch sunset. Kitchen is stocked, plenty of seating options both inside and outside to watch the great views and outdoor covered BBQ as well. Indoor swimming pool, pool table and ping pong table is good for those planning a trip with family. Rooms are in decent shape and some are updated .. we stayed in the master bedroom and it had great views. Washroom needs renovation as it is very dated especially when there is a premium for master bedroom price. Breakfast is ok and should have more fruit options for sure .. even apples and bananas were missing ( both days were exactly the same breakfast options ) . Outdoor areas are good and well maintained though can be bit cleaner . Overall, it is a good property and hard to find such good stay options right on the water with great lake views. Would recommend for sure.

The entire experience was delightful! We met and made some new friends that made our evenings very enjoyable. The only thing that was concerning was that the lock set to our room was about to fall off. We did our best to tighten, which got us through our stay, but it could use some attention. The other thing was that the lamp on the nightstand closest to the window was not working. We suspect that the power bar was broken, as the light was out on the power bar and we did check to make sure that the power cord was plugged into the wall. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and we can’t wait to stay again next time!! Thank you P.S. Cindy is awesome!!

The room was nice and clean and had a nice view of the lake. Staff were helpful and friendly. Met some nice other guests there. Views are great. The indoor pool area was too hot to go into, but having an indoor pool was a nice feature. The continental breakfast was very basic, and could be improved. We've had continental breakfasts in other inns, so not expecting anything too fancy, but it could be improved. Property itself is located on the lake with a beautiful view. Grounds could use some upkeep and some outdoor furniture, stairs, and lower deck on the beach need some cleaning and maintenance.

Just spent two nights at this beautiful location. It's way more than a B&B and not quite a hotel. Set in what was either purpose built or was once a spacious mansion, the recently renovated facility is first class. Cyndie the caretaker and Mike the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful while being completely unobtrusive. Met some really nice other guests too. It's a ways out of the hubbub of Grand Bend, so it's very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Proper was amazingly clean. With an awesome beach where there were less than three people in the entire zone. If you're looking for a calm escape this is your place. Don't miss it. I do need to say there weren't a lot of things that Expedia had said about this property being self-maintained. The breakfast was nothing what we were expecting. At least the eggs could have been warm. I wasn't expecting cold eggs from the refrigerator. We had to clean our own dishes. But, I guess if this was announced ahead of time, we would have come prepared for it. I also would like to recommend that the property spend some time cleaning all the spider webs on the stairs on the exterior seating and everywhere else. The stairs on to the beach were ridiculously much. There was a small little escalator, but when we asked the property manager, she said sorry this is not for the guests. Maybe they should make it a little bit more accessible. Other than that, the beach the site is to die for!

The property is a bit dated. The inside was clean and tidy. The outside was ok needs a good clean. Patio chairs and windows not very clean . Cobwebs everywhere. The beach area was lovely but also needs a good clean. The staircase going down to the water needs to desperately be replaced and one area of deck is dangerous as no stringer under boards at all. Would be a beautiful spot if some renos were done. Also not really a breakfast that you would normally get in an BnB. More continental than anything.. The poor girl is taking care of this massive property herself. Definitely needs to have another staff member during the day to help. Way too much for one person to keep up. The house is massive.

What a wonderful stay at this stunning location. Only downside, for us, as seniors, was the stairs down to the beach. Cindi, the onsite manager was so kind and accommodating...she took us down to the beach on the lift and picked us up when we were ready to return. Spectacular beach, which we had all to ourselves. We would definitely return.
