Torre Blumenau do Castelo Itaipava

Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só.

Por ser um hotel mais antigo deveria ter mais manutenção e organização, piscina desativada, falta de água no hotel, atendimento poderia melhorar. Ficamos somente 1 dia e não voltaremos.

Terrível! Manutenção péssima, a porta range, o estofado da cadeira todo rasgado. A cortina também rasgada. O chuveiro não esquentava a água, e tive que terminar o banho na água gelada. Os travesseiros são baixos, finos. O quarto tem duas tomadas, uma sobre a mesinha e outra quase no chão próximo a porta, que não funcionava! Não recomendo!

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, café da manhã com bastante opções e bom atendimento. Só a estrutura e acomodações por serem um pouco antigas, requerem manutenções. Tivemos dificuldades para dormir devido o ar condicionado do andar superior que ficou pingando a noite toda, então não foi possível ter uma boa noite de sono.

Eu cheguei no sábado vepsera da pascoa . No domingo o cafe da manha eatava um caos! Não tinha nada! Talheres , copo, pratos, xicaras e mesa pra sentar. Depois de um bom tempo comecaram a repor as coisas do café. Uma desorganização horrivel! Eu ja tinha ficado nesse hotel ano passado e foi ótimo. Nao sei oq aconteceu com a administração do hotel.

Tinha tudo para ser um excelente Hotel

Hotel tem uma ótima localização, porém a limpeza do ar condicionado não é feita a muito tempo, as toalhas são manchadas de sujo,entendo que não foram bem lavadas. Senti nojo de usa-las. O estacionamento não comporta todos os carros em feriados. Café da manhã com poucos funcionários, sempre faltava talheres, copos e demorava para repor os alimentos.
