The house was in an excellent location for exploring both sides of the island. It was a great value and true to the listing. I don’t know if it mentions what the pool is like, however it is not a full sized pool. It is a nice little private “plunge pool” for cooling off on the patio. The master suite area upstairs with balcony is amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for 1 large family. If you want to be on seven mile beach, then stay there in a condo. If you want a perfect little guest house with a private beach and access to both sides of the island stay here!

We had a great week-long stay at Andy's Inn. It's wonderful to see the sunrise over the ocean. The place was big enough for 6 of us and had everything we needed. The beach across the street was perfect for my little ones. They had fun playing in the shallow water and looking for conch shells and little fish. One note: traffic from East to West can be very congested during rush hours, so if you are heading to Seven Mile Beach or the airport in the morning/afternoon, just allow plenty of time.

We had a lovely time and the property was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, and the pool provided a nice way to cool off. The only thing that would make it better is if there were less road noise. The host also provided a notebook with local restaurants listed. Word of caution about Everglo restaurant- very limited food in the evenings, more of a local bar hangout.

Amazing location! Andy's Inn was perfect space for our group of 6. More plates and utensils would be great (especially without a dishwasher) but all the adults took turns and we made it work Judith is an excellent host. We were there for the Christmas holiday and she already had a gorgeous tree set up for us-my kids loved it! We will definitely be back some day.

Andy’s Inn is a true gem in historic Bodden Town, and our stay was made even more special thanks to our wonderful host, Judith. From the moment we booked, Judith was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Her hospitality truly reflects the heart of Cayman.The three-bedroom guesthouse is beautifully decorated, spotless, and very well maintained, with lovely ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. It feels like a home away from home, but with luxury touches that make it feel extra special.The plunge pool was perfect for relaxing, and the peaceful, less touristy location made it easy to unwind and enjoy the authentic charm of Bodden Town. We loved being off the beaten path while still only about 20 minutes from Seven Mile Beach and other major attractions.You can really tell how much care and pride Judith puts into Andy’s Inn, and it shows in every detail. We made some fantastic memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended — and huge thanks to Judith for being such an incredible host!

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped and the balcony with the plunge pool is nice. We were aware that a busy street is just in front and that it's very noisy. But windows are kind of soundproof. The beach is private and great and accessible just across the street.

We were pleased with the property and would stay there again and recommend it to others.Two disappointments:- much of our food was spoiled by ants. When identified to Mariah, she knew of the issue. Sadly, there was no compensation for all the money lost with food wasted. We expect there could be bugs. Had we known, we would have wrapped food in ziplock bags and/or stored food in refrigerator (which we did for the remaining days of our stay)- was it clearly communicated that pool is only 3-feet deep?It is a lovely place and served us well.

Wonderful stay at Andy's Inn

We had a wonderful stay at Andy's Inn. The 3 bedroom villa is spacious, very clean, well located and has a lovely view over the ocean. The kitchen is large and functional so we were able to cook at home and even hosted our Cayman-based family for dinner on several occasions. The small plunge pool on the lower deck is a unique and welcome feature. Miss Judith and Miss Mariah were great hosts and very helpful. It was our first visit to Grand Cayman and we appreciated the location near the middle of the island that allowed us to explore in every direction. The villa and Bodden Town are very peaceful and much less resort intensive that other areas of the islandIt does overlook a busy road but that did not inconvenience us. Across the road is a beautiful and uncrowded beach - we walked along the shore to the Grape Tree cafe for a lovely meal on the water. There are many great options for dining out and it is easy to get around. Highly recommend and hope to return

Amazing location

We really enjoyed staying at Andy’s. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the house. It was very comfortable for the 6 of us. Another surprise was that we could watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony! Will visit again!

Fantastic Week in Paradise!

Property is located in a great spot that allowed to explore the entire island and all it offered. Plenty of space for our party of 6, and the swimming pool was amazing and perfect for our kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a wonderful time at Andy’s Inn. The home had everything we needed for a great vacation. Everyone had their own space and we really enjoyed the little pool on the patio. Definitely rent a car because there is so much to explore. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Grand Cayman!

Amazing Stay

The Andersons (owners) are amazing, so friendly, accommodating, attentive. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO and the Andersons-Andy's Inn tops the list. Everything was so fresh, clean, immaculate. The location is wonderful for easy access to East End for phenomenal diving and Georgetown for 7 mile beach and restaurants. However there are great options nearby. It is so peaceful and relaxing and when I want to have chaos, like the Las Vegas strip feeling, I could easily be in Georgetown/7 mile beach in 15 mins. I can't wait to go back. Thanks Anderson and Patrica for an incredible stay.
