Excelente estadia. Hotel muy limpio, camas muy comoda y sobretodo excelente atención del personal en la recepción. La señora Venezolana que hace los cuartos nos dió una atención maravillosa a mi y a mi señora madre de 96 años. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. It's a nice looking hotel. The room was in great condition. The area around seems safe. I am not giving a better rate because it gets noisy, even the staff is loud, playing music early in the morning. Customer service is poor. To sum up, it's a nice hotel run by people that need training in the hotel business.

The hotel is extremely safe, requiring guests to be buzzed in for added security. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating, even to non-Spanish speakers.

Much better than its star-rating. Excellent room, beautiful bed, lovely bathroom, very clean, super modern and in a great location beside both a lively high street and the airport. Could not have asked for more. The suite is a stunning room that is cool but not over complicated. Could’ve done with a hairdryer
