Was the best stay! I was visiting family and I would definitely stay again. Staff was so friendly, maintenance was very helpful and the room was clean and cozy. I highly recommend staying at ESA in Meridian

We had rotten fruit and chewed gum in our room. When brought to the attention of the front desk they gave us a rag and told us to clean it. There were stains on the chairs and fake eye lashes on the floor. Do not recommend.

Boise Trip

Big decline from previous stays. Check-in was slow and not very friendly. First room that was assigned was not ready/made-up. Had to request a second room. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible, very flat and hard. Could not adjust the room temperature. It was set at 68F a little cold for us. The "breakfast" was instant oatmeal or breakfast bar. I would not recommend this hotel!

Clean facility. Good price.

Accommodating with late arrival. Hotel doesn't take cash. Clean facility. Very firm mattress and flat pillows. Breakfast offered was mushy apples, packaged oatmeal and packaged muffins. They have a vending machine. Good central location.

We arrived 2 am and the young lady at the desk was very kind and accommodating. These seems a new-ish building. Breakfast is energy bars, packed oatmeal, lots of coffee, apples and muffins. We decided to extend one more night.

This place is new-ish, very clean. Friendly front desk folks. Price was right. However, I felt kind of crapped on as a guest. They only have one ice machine. It was out of order. When I asked the front desk person he (literally) told me I could walk down the street to the gas station if I needed ice (it was approx 25 deg F at the time). I actually might have stopped by the gas station in my way home from dinner if the desk person had told me the ice machine was out of order when he told me where the ice machine was two hours ago. I am not sure why mgt could not buy ice (maybe from the gas station down the street) or offer guests ice cube trays, since rooms have freezers. There is nohing in your room when you check in other than soap and two plastic cups, if you want anything like a mug, glass or coffee maker, you have to request it. The breakfast was really stingy, even for a motel. There was no attendant. I had to ask the front desk guy twice to bring out yogurt, which for some reason, he kept brining out 4 or 6 containers at a time rather than filling the fridge. There is no one actually at the front desk. you have to ring a bell and wait every time you need assistance, which was quite often unfortunately. Super spartan room. No dresser. If you are looking for a cheap long term place to stay, where you are going to be making your own food etc, then this place is probably find. Looking for hospitality, look elsewhere
