Kestrel's Ahven - Boisen Hilltop Retreat

Nimetty pienimmistä pohjoisamerikkalaisista haukoista, jotka pesivät läheisissä puissa, "Kestrel's Ahven" uudelleentarkasteltiin hiljattain - alhaalta ylöspäin - mukavan vuosisadan puolivälissä sijaitsevan mäen reunuksen hengessä, korostaen kiinteistön upeita näkymiä laaksoon, yksityinen asettaminen ja pääsy ympäröiviin luoteis-Boisen mukavuuksiin.

1000 neliömetrin kodissa on iso makuuhuone, toinen makuuhuone (sopii hyvin myös toimistoon), hyvin valaistu keittiö / olohuone ja italialainen kaakeloitu kylpyhuone.

Avaruus

Vietimme Deirdren kanssa melkein kuusi kuukautta "Kestrel's Ahven" uudistamisessa tekemällä muotoilu- ja asetteluvaihtoehtoja, jotka toivottavasti tekevät vieraillemme todella erityisen matkakokemuksen. Tuloksena on terävä, puhdas ja saastuttamaton tila, jota korostavat huonekaluvalinnat ja ominaisuudet, jotka lisäävät "Ahven" kukkulan yläosan mukavuutta ja luonnollista vetovoimaa. Kestrelin ahven kuvaamiseksi ei ole ehdottomasti venyttää napsautetun ilmaisun "yksilöllinen" ominaisuutta.

1000 neliömetrin kodissa on iso makuuhuone, toinen makuuhuone, jossa on kapteenin kerrossänky-tyylinen queen-vuode (sopii myös hyvin toimistoon), hyvin valaistu keittiö / olohuone ja italialainen kaakeloitu kylpyhuone. Keittiö on täysin varustettu uusilla ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, kvartsitasoilla ja tilavilla valkoisilla kaapilla.

Vieraamme, jotka joutuvat yritystoimintaan Boisessa, huomaavat mielellään toisessa makuuhuoneessa seinästä seinään, sisäänrakennetun työpöydän (laatikoilla), jos kaunis terassi osoittautuu liikaa hemmottelijaksi.

Runsaan kaappitilan lisäksi suuria kodinhoitohuoneita (joissa uusi pesukone / kuivausrumpu) voidaan käyttää myös polkupyörien, suksien tai muiden varusteiden turvalliseen varastointiin.

Runsaasti autokatos pitää sinut ja ajoneuvosi kuivana ja viileänä, jos on huonoa tai epäsymmetrisesti kuumaa säätä.

Kaikkien perusominaisuuksien lisäksi Kestrelin ahven on varustettu:
- pienet keittiökoneet, kuten juicer, bullet-tehosekoitin, ruoanvalmistaja, crock-potti ja kahvimylly
- kaksi 50 "HD-televisiota, yksi olohuoneessa ja toinen makuuhuoneessa
- katettu takapihan patio
- ulkona oleva pöytä / istuimet neljälle
- puutarhapenkit
- iso Weber-BBQ

Vieras pääsy

Suuri autokatos tarjoaa mukavan kuivan ympäristön "Ahven" etuosaan. Vieraille annetaan yksilöllinen koodi näppäimistön avulla sallittuun lukituspulttiin etuovella. Takaovella ja kodinhoitohuoneella on myös erilliset käyttötavat.

Naapurusto

Aivan Hillhendin juurella sijaitsevan Hill Roadin juurella, kodin sijainti on kätevä pääkonttori, josta pääsee ostoksille (5 min), keskustaan (10 min), Boisen "Ridge To Rivers" -järjestelmään (Stewart Gulch -polku on puoli kilometrin päässä) @ Hillside Jr. Korkea) tai Hwy 55 pidemmille retkille pohjoiseen virkistyskaupunkeihin, kuten Garden Valley tai McCall.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Quail Hollow Golf Course. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

We truly enjoyed our extended stay at The Perch. The views of Boise and the surrounding mountains were spectacular. The home was quiet and private. Well appointed. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet by game close to downtown Boise

Fall Getaway

Really peaceful and relaxing home. We were close enough to the city to enjoy all it had to offer, then the serenity and quiet was a nice end to the day. The weather was beautiful which allowed us to "zen out" watching the amazing sunsets blended with the fall foliage from our hilltop setting!

Perch Perfect

My husband and I greatly enjoyed Kestrel Perch. We ended up spending a good amount of time at the property itself, due to the smoky air quality during our visit. Great views, comfy bed in the primary, and we had some wildlife visit the yard. The kitchen is quite small, but suited our purposes just fine. Nice little place!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very peaceful and quiet with a good view. We saw a deer in the yard yesterday morning and lots of singing birds. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Amazing home....and perfect getaway!

This home is the cutest, most beautiful getaway! The home overlooks the valley with gorgeous views and a fun covered patio and terrace backyard! The home is awesome, so modern and clean, and really felt so comfy and homey! The house had all the amenities we needed and was so warm and inviting! We didn't get to see any kestrels, as it was raining and snowing, but we did go to the Birds of Prey Center and saw some amazing birds there! What a perfect getaway, and fun place to stay!

Hilltop Boise view

We found it! The "home" away from home you want to return to time and time again. Definitely will stay here again. This home is beautifully bright and airy. Master bedroom is very comfortable as was the 2nd bedroom for our daughter. We spent thanksgiving perched here, enjoyed preparing our thanksgiving together in the well appointed kitchen. The fall view overlooking Boise was gorgeously stunning and the evening colors were phenomenal. We did not have icy or snow conditions, that would of been our "only" concern as the home is atop a slight hill. It's close enough to parks, the greenbelt, shopping and restaurants, for us it was a win, win stay. Price point is very good, we say this based on our recent 10wk stint in Maine which we found to be atrociously expensive,

Private Retreat Overlooking the City of Trees

Fabulous stay...roomy updated mid century home secluded on the hillside and surrounded by foliage. All amenities, small galley kitchen and comfortable king mattress. Great for pups too. Coming back!

25th Birthday Trip

Overall the property was very nice, quiet and comfortable. We had a funny start with an alarm going off, but finally figured it all out and then had no other issues. Host was very nice and we met a neighbor in the process. Close to everything, but seems like you are away from society. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it.

Great Potential

The place has some incredible potential. Great views. Newer interior. But overall we were very disappointed in the presentation and usability of the place. The entire exterior looked like a hurricane blew through and no cleanup had been done yet. The patio and furniture were coated in droppings from the oak trees. And landscaping was entirely in disarray. Unkept. Untrimmed. Stains on the concrete from something leaking inside the shed. We could not use the outside without cleaning off the furniture and all the surfaces. So we did not, other than the covered bench on the porch. Very disappointing. The shower door rubber seals are torn. Love the tile work though. The sink soap dispenser was used up bath gel with water added to use up that last bit of leftover soap. And the master BR does not have complete shades installed for privacy. The guide book should be placed in a binder with all the info you would like to share. Including WiFi code as it needed to be input into the tv twice as it kept telling us it had no WiFi. And pulling it off the router became a chore in getting the code exact. And finally the door code should have been sent via email saving both of us the phone call and interrupting your workout. It might be worth your visiting your property and making sure the people you pay to take care of it are doing just that. I am not trying to not pick. My wife and I stay in a lot of vrbos and we know what is good and what is not. Place could be great if the issues are fixed

Visiting Boise for a wedding

After much discussion, we decided to take our dog on a long road trip to Boise. This was our first time using VRBO & was searching for a pet friendly house. This met the bill. Remote just out of the city, great view, very quiet. The house is stocked with everything you need-minus the food, of course. When we were outside, we did keep our dog on leash, because we weren't sure if he would try to squeeze through. We only stayed 2 nights, but would have liked to stay longer. Thank you for the nice sunset & the wandering deer. Of we were to return to Boise, we would stay again.
