No dejaron que mi esposo checara, porque decían que mi la reservación estaba mi nombre cuando yo hablé y hasta les envié una identificación no lo dejaron registrarse porque éramos de Expedia decía que se lo hubiéramos hecho a través del hotel nos hubieran no se hubieran registrado todo lo que no tiene algo acondicionado, únicamente los cuartos que son los aires de pared, con lo cual acabamos con sinusitis porque estaba muy seco el ambiente del cuarto El desayuno es muy limitado, y el café es muy malo

Very nice facility!

The young lady at the counter was wonderful. It is so nice to have a smiling face. This facility has you get your pool towels at the desk and return them there as well. The person took the wet towels back with a smile! Personally, I don't see enough of that in many businesses. The hotel was clean and inviting in the room, lobby, breakfast area and pool.

The app and the hotel let me down.

When I booked on Hotels.com the room I selected clearly pictured a hot tub style bath in the room seperate from the bath room. The room I got did not have one. Also the air conditioner in the room was leaking so almost 1/3 of the room's carpet was wet.
